At IdleMan, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds

You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect.

Non-Refundable Items

Items that are used, damaged, or missing tags are not eligible for a refund.

Sale/clearance items may not be eligible unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
